All sessions need to be booked in advance, with the exception of 'Pay-As-You-Go' Yoga classes (where available). Booking of Yoga class blocks can only be confirmed with payment. Please book with as much notice as possible. I currently only accept cash or cheque (with a guarantee card). Please read the relevant information below & then Contact Me to make arrangements for your booking / payment.
Once booked, please phone to let me know if you cannot attend (you may wish to send a back-up e-mail as at least 48 hours notice is required for any changes to bookings of treatments or 1-to-1 Yoga).
Treatments & 1-to-1 Yoga
Please be aware it may be necessary to charge you for such sessions missed or changed without 48 hours notice, as it can incur costs to me. Concessions can only be made with special circumstances. Please notify me of changes to your appointment by phone & e-mail, as recommended above.
Yoga Group Classes: Block Pay
This method of booking guarantees you a class place for all sessions in a block. It also gives you the best price for your Yoga classes. Payment is required for all sessions in advance of the block beginning. Existing students have first priority, so long as you pay for the next block within the current block. Only a new student may join part way through a set of classes & pay the lower rate for the rest of the block (if there is a place remaining). Payment is non-refundable unless sessions are cancelled by me. It is not possible to transfer block sessions paid for to another party, for administrative cost reasons.
Yoga Group Classes: Pay-As-You-Go
If places remain once a block has started you may be able to pay for individual classes. Please be aware that this option is charged at a relatively higher rate & does not guarantee you a place. I recommend you phone me on the day to ensure places remain & the class is going ahead. You should arrive 10-15 minutes beforehand with everyone else, as you too will be required to fill in my questionnaire (if not done so) & meet with me before taking part. Available places will be given on a 'first come, first served' basis to those with the exact cash payment. Please be reminded that there is a cap on my class sizes which is set at 15.
