Group Yoga Classes
Group class size is generally capped at 15 which allows for more attention than may be usual for individual needs & interests. This means we can fit the Yoga to you & not the other way around, recognising your individuality, which promotes safe & beneficial practice. The smaller class also often leads to a friendlier group atmosphere with a bit more space for questions & feedback, enabling better learning in all of us.
My intention is that you feel welcome & comfortable, without being overwhelmed by attention. Basically you have the option of some further guidance if you want it. If I see you need it for safety reasons I will directly assist you, but in general I teach you how to manage your own practice, so that you may practice Yoga for yourself. After all, I'm all about promoting a space for you - some 'me time', to release tension & stress, recharge batteries etc.
All classes are suitable for beginners & experienced students as I generally work in a staged way - i.e. you only work with your appropriate level from the given practices.
